We're not looking for a way to do as much as possible within the project. We're looking for a way to do as little as possible. Less & less is our l philosophy. Why? It's surprisingly easy to spend long months on internal brand planning only to then find out at launch that Z the baseline conditions have changed.

That's why in practice we try to prototype and evaluate strategic hypotheses and design concepts. We combine GOW strategy, design and communication as often as possible. This allows us to solve the right problems at the right time and co-create brands that communicate less&better.

A GOOD BRAND IMPROVES SOMETHING
The possibilities for innovation are far from exhausted. On the contrary, the current progress of the human race offers countless opportunities for meaningful innovation. A good brand always goes hand-in-hand with meaningful innovation so that it does not arise for its own sake.

A GOOD BRAND IS BEAUTIFUL
Brands are an important part of visual culture. It is therefore important to make them more beautiful. Beauty and aesthetic quality is a function of the brand.

A GOOD BRAND IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND
A brand must be understandable to its wider environment. Only then can it improve something, be useful and beautiful.

A GOOD BRAND IS HONEST
A brand should not manipulate, give the impression that something is more innovative, useful, beautiful than it really is. A good brand does not promise something it cannot deliver.
A GOOD BRAND HAS LONGEVITY
The essence of a good brand is not based on a short-term trend or current mood. A good brand is there for a few years - unlike advertising, which is there for a few minutes.

A GOOD BRAND IS SOPHISTICATED
Nothing can be left to chance. Consistency and precision is the way to respect the client, the culture and the craft.

A GOOD BRAND IS SUSTAINABLE
Brands consume resources on the one hand and motivate consumption on the other. Both positions should respect the basic principles of sustainability.

A GOOD BRAND COMMUNICATES LESS & BETTER
A good brand avoids anything superfluous. This makes it waste less and prosper better.

DOMINIK ŠMUHAŘ

Multidisciplinary graphic designer who has been working in photography, UX & UI and new technologies since 2013. He holds a Master degree in International business from NEWTON University. This allows him to combine business analysis, design and creativity in his work. Dominik has had the opportunity to work on local projects as well as for larger corporations working for various graphic studios and agencies.
PETR SKOVAJSA

Petr studied both marketing at Brno International Business School and graphic design at Prague College. Thanks to this, he is able to combine considerations of positioning and proposition with writing, art-direction and composition. Petr has been working in branding since 2010 and in that time he has had the opportunity to create and manage brands in international corporate environments and at the level of medium-sized local companies and startups.
BÁRA RŮŽIČKOVÁ

Bára is a graphic designer & illustrator and primarily works for the cultural sector. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology and gained experience abroad working for design studios such as Nonverbal-club from Porto or Studio Es from Vienna.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The hardest and most interesting part of being a graphic designer here at L&B is working with the unknown. We work in such a way that we link marketing strategy with design right from the start. Design through prototyping enters the project right from the first hypothesis, when it is not yet clear what, to whom and how it will be communicated. It is therefore important to be able to analyze the client's needs, design and present different solutions, incorporate feedback and repeat the process until everyone is satisfied.

BRAND CONSULTANT JUNIOR

We are looking for a marketing consultant, strategist, marketer... simply a person who can combine the client's business ambition with an appropriate approach or marketing strategy. Most of our projects start with the client's ambition and it is up to us to guide the client through the strategic process: analysis - hypothesis - prototyping - strategy - priorities - plan. The hardest and most interesting part of being a marketer at L&B is knowing when to listen and when to advise.
